RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as custom or personalized items, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@sidelinestyleco.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Refunds
Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Partial Refunds: Items that are returned not in their original condition, or that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may only receive a partial refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at exchanges@sidelinestyleco.com. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure you get the right product.
Shipping Costs
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: In the case of exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@sidelinestyleco.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
